What we set

Strictly necessary

• Session cookie — set only when a club administrator signs in to manage the site. It expires when the browser closes. Visitors never receive it.
• Your cookie choice — we store your accept-or-decline answer in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again on every page.

Analytics, only with your consent

• Google Analytics — tells us which pages families actually use, so we know what to improve. The script does not load at all until you press "Accept analytics". If you decline, no analytics cookie is set and no data is sent.

What we do not set

This site carries no advertising network cookies, no social media tracking pixels and no third-party profiling scripts.

Changing your mind

Use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page to bring the choice back up, or clear your browser's site data for ashlandtown.com. Every major browser also lets you block cookies entirely.

Sub-sites

Our Team Tracker (tracker.ashlandtown.com) and ticketing (tickets.ashlandtown.com) systems are separate applications and set their own sign-in cookies, which are necessary for those tools to work.
